Labor and Employment Litigation

Laquer, Urban, Clifford & Hodge, LLP counsels clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters--both compliance issues and litigation. Our areas of expertise include wrongful termination, sexual harassment, wage and hour, employee benefits, family and medical leave, and race, sex and mental disability discrimination.

Clients include government agencies, nonprofits, religious institutions, multi-employer trust funds, and private businesses and individuals. We have represented such clients as the Los Angeles County Fire Department and the Department of Health Services before the Civil Service Commission, the Employer Relations Commission and the State of California Department of Industrial Relations.
