Denise E. Carter is an associate in the Pasadena office. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Colorado at Boulder (Go Buffs!), and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver. She completed her Juris Doctor at Loyola Law School while working full-time for a Fortune 100 pension and finance organization.

Denise’s primary practice area is civil litigation. She also has experience in corporate transactions. Prior to her career in law, Denise lectured widely on finance and money management. She continues to address women’s groups and teens on matters of financial literacy.

Denise is licensed to practice in law in California in all state courts and the Central District of the United States District Court. She volunteers with The State Bar of California, Volunteers In Parole (VIP) mentors and sits on the board of the Langston Bar Association.
