Douglas V. Ritchie is an associate in the Las Vegas, Nevada
office. Doug’s practice areas are real estate (transactional
and litigation), employee benefits and employment law. Prior
to joining the firm, Doug clerked with the Salt Lake City,
Utah office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
where he worked on litigation involving complex investment
schemes.
Doug is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and Utah. Doug
received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
with an emphasis in Finance from Brigham Young University
and his Juris Doctor from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney
College of Law. Doug was a member of the Journal of Energy
and Natural Resource Law and published "Almost Strict
Liability: Wind River Petroleum and the Utah Hazardous Substance
Mitigation Act" in the Journal of Energy and Natural
Resource Law, Volume 16, Number 1, in 1996.
