Paul Moorhead is an associate working out of the firm's Pasadena office. He is a civil litigator, practicing primarily in the areas of employee benefits, and labor and employment law in both the state and federal courts.

Mr. Moorhead represents the Boards of Trustees of multi-employer trust funds in litigation and arbitration in federal and state courts regarding the collection of unpaid fringe benefits negotiated during collective bargaining agreements.

He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California School of Law. While in law school he was a member of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal and served on the executive board of USC's Public Interest Law Foundation. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Pacific Union College.

He is licensed to practice in law in California in all state courts and the Central District of the United States District Court.
