Jacqueline Leahy Sugarman is a litigation associate in the firm's Pasadena office. Her practice focuses on employee benefits and employment law. She also has experience with business litigation, corporate transactions and insurance law matters.

Ms. Sugarman represents the Board of Trustees of multi-employer trust funds in adverse benefit determination actions and plan collections, as well as pension and health insurance matters. Ms. Sugarman also represents various government agencies in employment disputes.

She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Sugarman received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Ms. Sugarman is a member of the American Bar Association, Pasadena Bar Association and Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. She is licensed to practice law in California in all state courts, the Central District of the United States District Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also licensed to practice law in Nevada.
