Mark C. Allen III handles complex litigation and construction
matters with an emphasis on environmental and land use law.
Mr. Allen is an honors graduate of Grinnell College and Loyola
Law School. He has handled some of the state's most complex
environmental problems, including litigation involving nuclear
power plant siting and construction, construction of alternative
energy sources, lead paint and toxic mold litigation, and
a multitude of complex construction, environmental and land
use cases.
Mr. Allen teaches environmental law, both to other lawyers
and to law students. He has been active in state wide committees
of the State Bar, including the Public Law and Environmental
Law Sections, and the State Bar select committee on the courts.
An author and lecturer on environmental and public law topics,
Mr. Allen affords the firm's clients with the highest level
of experience and expertise in dealing with difficult and
challenging environmental and land use problems.
Mr. Allen is also active in community groups, youth organizations,
is an Elder of his church, and is on the Board of Directors
of the nationwide National Lawyers Association.
